We provide digital marketing, social media management, content strategy, creator recruitment and creator management services.

The specific services provided will be agreed with each client before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information required to deliver the agreed services.

  • Supply necessary content, materials and account access where applicable.

  • Ensure they have the rights and permissions to use materials supplied to us.

  • Respond to reasonable requests needed to deliver the services.

4. Fees and Payments

Service fees and payment arrangements will be agreed with each client in writing before services commence.

Invoices will specify the amount due, payment method and payment deadline.

Clients are responsible for paying agreed fees in accordance with the invoice or written agreement.

5. Cancellations and Termination

Any agreed cancellation notice period or termination arrangements will be set out in the relevant client agreement.

Either party may raise concerns regarding the services and seek to resolve them in good faith.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility will depend on the services agreed, work already completed and any applicable written client agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us.

Ownership and permitted use of materials created during an engagement will be agreed in writing between the parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will use reasonable care and skill when providing our services.

We do not guarantee specific audience growth, engagement, revenue or commercial results.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
