1. Our Services

Izla Agency LLC provides digital marketing, social media management, content strategy, creator recruitment and creator management services.

Our services are generally provided under individually agreed client arrangements, which may include revenue-share agreements.

2. Refunds

Where services operate under a revenue-share arrangement, fees are calculated based on the applicable agreement and revenue generated.

As services are provided on an ongoing basis, payments relating to services already delivered or fees already earned are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or agreed otherwise in writing.

If a payment has been made in error or an amount has been incorrectly charged, please contact us so we can review the matter.

3. Cancellations

Clients may request to end their service arrangement by providing notice in accordance with their individual agreement.

Any outstanding fees, revenue-share amounts or other payment obligations accrued before termination remain payable in accordance with the agreed terms.
